On Sunday 15th March at 12.00 noon we will be re-launching our All Fired Up Feasts for 2015 with an extra special All Fired Up Vintage Feast to celebrate the Vintage Weekend in the Swan Valley. At your table on arrival will be a sharing board of house-made pate, cornichons, roasted truss tomatoes, fresh olives, crusty bread and more. Then we will serve succulent roast pork & apples roasted in Jane Brook verjuice, melt-in-the-mouth roast beef, potatoes roasted to perfection in duck fat, delicious salads and condiments. To finish we will be scouring the Swan Valley for the abundance of fresh, seasonal fruit which was grown and enjoyed by the first settlers in the Valley. A rustic jug of fermenting grape juice – the delicious, slightly sweet, frothing juice from the newly-picked white grapes – will be the perfect way to wash down this sumptuous Feast. Our normal wine range will be available to purchase by the bottle or glass.
The cost per person for the All Fired Up Vintage Feast will be $55 per person which includes all food plus a jug of fermenting grape juice.
